At The Grateful Collective, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • If you experience issues with accessing or downloading your file, please contact us at thegratefulcollective@outlook.com for assistance.

3. Physical Products (Returns & Exchanges)

  • We accept returns and exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at thegratefulcollective@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions.

  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective).

5. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we would replace it free of charge.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless damaged or incorrect).

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
