At The Grateful Collective, we aim to package and ship all physical orders within 48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Digital products are available instantly after purchase.

• You will receive an email with a download link immediately after checkout.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

• Express Post: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

• Standard Post: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.

• Rural Deliveries: May take additional time beyond the standard delivery estimates.
